On WHO I’m grateful for.

These people!

On Saturday night, we gathered at family favorite, mk, to celebrate my mom’s birthday and engage in a few hours of normalcy (well, as normal as we ever get, anyway).

There were oysters.  And tuna tartare.  And truffled pommes frites.  And truffled brussels sprouts.  And “Two Bananas Walk Into A Bar.”  And wine.  Lots of wine, including a fantastic 10 year old port.

But best of all?  There were these people.

Happy birthday, Mom!
