Summer Cocktailing: Fresh Peach Daiquiris

This is my mom’s signature summertime party drink recipe.  I remember fresh peach daiquiris going around at every summer party growing up, with delicious virgin versions for the kiddies.

This drink tastes like fresh fruit, and isn’t cloyingly sweet like daiquiris tend to be.  You can really make this with any fresh fruit, but peaches are by far my favorite.

1 small can of limeade concentrate
4 fresh peaches, pitted
1/2 can of light rum (use the empty limeade can to measure)
Ice cubes

Pour the whole lot in a blender and frappe!
