These black bean tacos with slaw and feta were phenominal.  I added a spoonful of Greek yogurt and some chipotle Cholula to the slaw to hold it together and spice it up a bit, but other than that I followed the recipe.  Absolutely delish, and a quick, easy, barely cook summer dinner!
